MEET YOUR CREATIVE
Hi!
I am a graphic designer and video editor (and producer) by trade and hobby. I have a passion for everything digital. I love getting creative with film and photography. I have been a creative my whole life but really started honing my graphic design skills in college. I have been in the corporate world since I graduated, and I've used my design skill set in all of my jobs. I even take on several personal projects each year, whether it be for family members, my child's school or paid freelancing jobs.
My favorite projects though, have been my video work. Each year, I take all of the photos and videos my husband I took throughout the year and create a home video. I edit down the raw footage as necessary, add graphics and music and create a 1–2-hour timeline of our lives. All of our favorite memories are held within a small video file. It's like watching ourselves in a movie. We laugh and cry and cherish the memories we get to look back on with the click of a button.
I also create animated videos. They're mostly for my current corporate job, but I'm currently working on personal samples to share.
I am proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere.
GETTING PERSONAL
I love ALL things cooking, design and DIY, even kid's crafts. If you walk around my home, there are created projects everywhere. You can see a lot of these projects on my Facebook page The Doer.
I have a background in Marketing, PR and communications and have been recently became a Certified Architectural Color Consultant (CACC).
